1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Marsh Leisure & Tours offers:



  • Private and group transfers.
  • Guided tours and excursions.
  • Event and corporate transport.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit (typically 25 %) secures your reservation; balance due 48 hours before travel unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are quoted in USD or JMD and include taxes unless noted.
  • Payment methods: major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or PayPal.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Tours: Full refund if cancelled ≥ 48 hours before pick‑up. Within 48 hours, unrecoverable vendor fees are deducted.
  • Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick‑up; otherwise, 50 % charge.
  • No‑shows are non‑refundable.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information (flight times, hotel address, mobility needs).
  • Have valid passports, visas, and vaccination documents (if required).
  • Follow guide instructions and local laws.
  • Arrive on time; delays over 15 minutes may shorten the itinerary.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance covering trip cancellation, medical costs, and personal belongings. Marsh Leisure & Tours is not liable for uninsured losses.

7. Health & Safety

We adhere to Jamaica Tourist Board regulations and regularly inspect vehicles. Guests with health conditions must inform us in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marsh Leisure & Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, beyond the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, photos, text) is owned by Marsh Leisure & Tours or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Jamaican law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica, without prejudice to consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Updated versions take effect when posted on our website.
